  • 3-4 prenatal meetings where we will discuss:
    • signs and stages of labor, contractions, birth-plan, relaxation techniques, and birthing positions. I can also assist you in exploring your options of care providers and the place of birth.
  • 24/7 availability via email, text and phone.
  • On call 24 hours 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after your due date.
  • Available during your labor and delivery upon YOUR request to offer continual support for your labor journey and help you navigate any changes to your birth plan that may arise.
  • 1-2 postpartum support visits to help with:
    • breastfeeding
    • swaddle techniques
    • postpartum care
    • household chores
    • the transition into motherhood

Postpartum Doula-$200

This is for moms who have already given birth or only want a doula postpartum to help with the transition into motherhood. This includes 1-2 postpartum support visits where I come to your home. I can help with:

  • Breastfeeding
  • Swaddle techniques
  • Postpartum care
  • Household chores
  • Meal prep
  • Other child care
  • Laundry

*I understand that not all health insurances and HSAs cover doula services. I am happy to offer financial assistance to those that need it.
